Deodorizer & Treatment Refill

Fresh deodorizing chemicals are added after every service to control odors and break down waste. Smells stay under control even in hot weather.

Restocking of Supplies

Every visit includes replenishing:

• Toilet paper

• Hand sanitizer (if equipped)

• Soap and paper towels for handwash stations

If it’s empty, we refill it. Period.

Inspection & Minor Repairs

Technicians inspect each unit for issues such as:

• Broken door latches

• Ventilation problems

• Leaks or cracks

Minor repairs are handled on the spot to keep units usable and compliant.

Exterior Cleaning & Touch-Ups

High-contact exterior areas are cleaned, and the unit is checked for stability, cleanliness, and proper placement—because appearances matter too.

Need more than once a week? We offer:
